Career Teachers are looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work on a flexible, day-to-day basis within a well-established secondary school in the Croydon area.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working with young people but want the flexibility to choose when you work. Whether you are looking for regular supply work or occasional days to fit around other commitments, we would love to hear from you.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise secondary school classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-prepared work and ensure students remain focused and engaged
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and positively
• Follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Create a calm, productive learning environment

You will ideally have experience working with young people in a school, education or youth setting and, most importantly, be confident managing a secondary classroom.

You should be adaptable, professional and comfortable walking into different classes and quickly establishing positive boundaries with students.
