Job Description Shape the Future of Digital Rail Delivery We're looking for an experienced and motivatedBIM Manager to lead BIM excellence across major rail infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex multidisciplinary schemes, driving innovation, improving digital delivery performance, and helping shape the future of rail infrastructure through BIM, Digital Engineering, and integrated project delivery.
Working closely with Regional Digital Delivery and Information Management leads, you will work with a team of BIM professionals, supporting the delivery of BIM and Digital Engineering services across a diverse portfolio of rail projects.
The successful candidate will have experience using industry-standard BIM authoring, coordination and Common Data Environment platforms and will have worked within multidisciplinary design teams delivering rail infrastructure projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support.

Lead BIM and Digital Delivery across major rail projects.
Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
Lead model coordination, federation, design integration, and digital collaboration.
Lead the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Information Requirements, Information Delivery Plans, and associated digital delivery documentation. Drive the effective use of Common Data Environments, including Project Wise and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Support integration of BIM, GIS, asset information, and emerging digital technologies.
Mentor BIM professionals and help develop digital capability across the business.
Work closely with clients, project teams, and supply chain partners to deliver high-quality digital outcomes.
Contribute to bids, innovation initiatives, and business growth.

What We’re Looking For Experience leading BIM and Digital Delivery within rail, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of BIM implementation, model coordination, digital workflows, and CDEs.Working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and industry best practice.
Experience using tools such as Open Buildings, Open Rail, Micro Station, Revit, Navisworks, Project Wise, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
A passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
QualificationsHNC, HND, Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
Professional accreditation or membership of a recognised industry institution desirable.
