Hourly Rate:£35.00 – £43.00
Working Hours:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services across hospital wards, including taking drug histories, conducting medicines reconciliation, performing clinical screening, and reviewing TTAs. The role requires experience with EPMA systems—ideally Cerner, as this is the system in use. The pharmacist will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medicines, contributing to patient care and supporting service delivery across the trust.

Qualifications

and Experience
  • NHS experience (essential)
  • Hospital ward-based experience including drug history, medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and TTA screening
  • EPMA experience (essential; Cerner preferred)
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
