Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months
Rate: £35.00 – £43 p/h

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7/8a Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist at a Principal SLT level. Join our client’s team and make a real difference in the lives of adults with communication and swallowing difficulties. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, treat, and discharge adult clients with communication and swallowing difficulties.
  • Focus on clients with long‑term conditions such as MND and dysfluency.
  • Work primarily in the Croydon University Hospital Out‑patient area.
  • Collaborate with Community Adult SLT Teams.
Qualifications and Experience
  • HCPC & RCSLT registration.
  • A recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least three to five years, including experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Proficiency in using various therapeutic techniques and tools is essential.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) and maintaining an up‑to‑date CPD portfolio.
