• Ensure that highest levels of customer service are delivered to our guests.
• Understand the impact of effective cost control while undertaking the role.
• Ensure a good level of product and local knowledge for guests when requested.
• Ensure cooperation and compliance with all legislation relevant to your role in the business.
• Ensure that Learning and Development is undertaken to enable you to fulfil your job role.

• Ensure efficient friendly service is offered when dealing with all guest requirements at the front desk and handling telephone enquiries effectively.
• Ensure all staff are fully aware of the booking procedures to maximise the sale and revenue in the hotel.
• Co‑operate with all departments in the hotel to ensure the correct reports and information are provided on request.
• Ensure the front desk is kept presentable and manned at all times.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and the local area.
• You and your team will be responsible for maximising room revenues in line with the Company standards.
