• Checking daily delivery routes.
• Performing vehicle safety checks and maintaining road compliance.
• Represent the Waitrose brand and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assisting customers with their shopping and building rapport.
• Supporting the wider Customer Fulfilment Centre team with general shop‑keeping tasks.

• Full valid B‑Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift crates, walk up staircases, and move cages.

• Prior driving experience and knowledge of chilled vehicles (training will be provided).
