Refrigeration Managing Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies covering the South London area.

You will have responsibility for a team of Refrigeration Engineers to ensure that planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed on-time and to budget. You will also be responsible for the call-out rota and ensure adequate and safe cover at all times.

Salary details: £55,988 per annum

* Door-to-door pay for travel time.

* Overtime paid at time and a half

* OTE with Overtime and Bonus + £8,000-£12,000 additional earnings.

Hours:

45 hours per week, Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 weeks on-call with 1 in 4 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise the team, being their daily point of contact, provide management support, guidance, training and development to colleagues to achieve a consistent and high level of customer service

* Provide technical support and training to your team of Refrigeration Engineers

* Assist Area Support Manager with relevant HR processes

* Assist the team in delivering high quality PPM work

Requirements:

· F-Gas qualified

· Refrigeration Qual or Time Served

· Full UK driving license
