We’re working with a well-established and growing label manufacturing business that supplies high-quality printed products to a wide range of customers. Known for investing in modern equipment and valuing skilled operators, this company offers long-term stability, structured shift patterns, and a supportive production environment.
They are now looking to add an experienced Flexographic Print Operator to their production team.
Working Hours
35 hours per week on a rotating double day shift pattern:
Week 1 – Early Shift
Monday to Thursday: 5:50am – 1:25pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
Week 2 – Late Shift
Monday to Thursday: 1:25pm – 9:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
(Some overtime may be required during busy periods.)
Key Responsibilities
Operating and maintaining flexographic label printing machines
Setting up and making ready print jobs (plates, inks, anilox rolls, etc.)
Ensuring colour accuracy, print quality, and consistency
Monitoring machine performance and carrying out basic troubleshooting
Completing quality checks throughout production
Maintaining clean, safe, and organised working practices
Working closely with production and management teams to meet deadlines
About You
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Good understanding of machinery operation and manufacturing processes
Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
Comfortable working to production targets in a team environment
Reliable, flexible, and willing to work overtime when needed
Must be eligible to work in the UK
