Part Time Nurse Practitioner urgently required for a Health Centre in Croydon ASAP

Dream Medical are working with a respected Surgery in Croydon and urgently require a Part Time Nurse Practitioner.

As a Nurse Practitioner your duties would include:

• Assess, examine, diagnose and treat specific conditions in accordance with agreed medical/nursing protocols and within your own area of competence.
• Provide access to GP’s as necessary, undertake diagnostic, health screening and promotion at consultation.
• Provide specific evidence‑based practical skills and knowledge both over the telephone and in clinics.

Qualifications and experience:

• UK registered nurse with significant post‑registration experience, ideally with an interest in respiratory illness.
• Independent nurse prescriber with relevant qualifications, along with Minor Illness and Injury qualification.
• Extensive clinical experience in A&E and/or Primary Care, with relevant knowledge of the QOF management tool.
• Enthusiastic, innovative and flexible.

This role is part time, 30 hours per week and offers a salary of £48,000 FTE depending on experience plus additional benefits.
