Telemarketer

We have a fantastic opportunity with a growing business in the building services sector for a Telemarketer who thrives on hitting targets & driving results! Working from their modern offices in Coulsdon, this is a highly commission-based role where the harder you work, the more you can earn.

• 26,000pa base salary with realistic OTE up to £40k

Make outbound calls Alc warm and cold prospects within the building services industry

Engage key decision-makers to qualify leads and book appointments for the Business Development team

Manage and update CRM records with accurate call activity and outcomes

Work to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for call volume and appointment bookings

Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales

Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills

Target-driven with effective time management

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel

Knowledge of the building services industry is advantageous but not essential
