The Role As a Lead Generator, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with business decision-makers and identifying opportunities within the business energy market. You'll be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to generate new business leads and appointments. Building and managing your own pipeline. Qualifying prospects and understanding their utility requirements. Working towards targets with a genuinely uncapped commission structure. Developing your skills with the opportunity to progress into sales closing and future leadership roles. What We're Looking For Confident speaking to new people every day Resilient and able to handle rejection positively Self-motivated and target-driven Competitive and motivated by high earnings Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound sales environment Experience Required Previous experience in the energy sector as a lead generator, telesales exec, appointment setter, or outbound sales exec.
