The New Car Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, maximising profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic automotive environment.

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Manage departmental budgets to ensure profitability
Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong customer relationships
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise new car sales
Monitor sales KPIs and prepare performance reports
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies

Requirements of the Car Sales Manager:

Proven experience as a New Car Sales Manager or similar senior sales role within the automotive sector
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Results-driven with a focus on target achievement
Knowledge of automotive retail processes and customer service standards
Valid UK driving licence
