Carpenter Duties:
Carry out carry out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied.
The Successful Carpenter will be required to:
Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving Licence Pay Rate:
Temp - £21.40per hour (CIS)
Hours:
42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8:00am - 17:00pm with a half hour break
You will be supplied with:
A van
Fuel card
PDA System
