Dream Big Independent Living is an Ofsted-registered semi-supported accommodation service for young people aged 16-18.
We are looking for creative, confident, and motivated Youth Support Workers to support young people in developing independence, life skills, and positive futures.
Key Requirements:- Ability to work effectively during lone-working shifts
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
- Commitment to
** Ofsted Quality Standards
** and regulatory compliance - Confident in building positive relationships with young people
- Accurate record-keeping and professional communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in youth work or health and social care are an advantage
