Accounts Payable

BBI exists to help our customers create advances that improve health and save lives. We are seeking an Accounts Payable to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our site in Crumlin. Join our team: advancing health, together.

A UK based finance role responsible for all accounts payable activity associated with the Solutions OEM & LLC business, reporting to the Finance Business Partner, Solutions, contributing towards the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance team.

• Responsible for the maintenance and up-keep of the Accounts Payable (AP) ledgers for BBI Solutions OEM & LLC
• Accurate and timely posting of all AP invoices for the above companies.
• Monitoring and clearance of invoices in the Docuware invoice verification system, on a daily basis, resolving issues as they arise.
• Matching of invoices to PO and/or GRN information, and resolution of issues where invoices do not match.
• Proactive maintenance and housekeeping of the AP ledgers (to identify and resolve unallocated payments, debit notes and other issues) so that the ledgers are ‘clean’ at month end, and no issues are carried over at each month end.
• Perform a sample of supplier statements monthly, identifying reconciling items and proactively resolving and correcting any issues in the BBI ledgers.

• Part qualified in accountancy qualification
• Experience in a similar position in a Finance environment essential
• AP experience essential
• Sage X3 experience preferred
