Unilever in Crumlin, Wales is seeking a Cell Leader for our high-volume production area. You will lead the cell team, drive OEE improvement, and champion safety and quality standards across the factory.
You will own the daily planning, lead Kaizen activities, manage loss elimination, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to embed Lean practices. A relevant degree and strong communication are essential, with experience in FMCG manufacturing.
