Shift Supervisor - Belfast International Airport, Burger King

Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour. Earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.30 per hour.

Full Time (40hrs)

Hours of operation: 3:00 am to 12:00 am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.

• Results‑focused, stay informed about unit performance and champion improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy hospitality or retail is ideal; experience with night shifts is a plus.
