We are seeking a dedicated Transport Co-ordinator to join our logistics team in Belfast. Salary/Benefits

• £30,000 - £32,000 DOE

About you

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a groupage shipping transport environment
• Knowledge of exports, customs procedures, and hazardous goods documentation (beneficial but not essential)
• Computer literate with good organisational skills
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full clean driving license and own transport
• Proactive with a team player attitude

What you'll do

• Prepare KPIs, export documentation, and final manifests, including Dangerous Goods Notifications
• Plan and coordinate UK import activities, ensuring compliance with customs requirements
• Maintain accurate files, costings, and invoicing for shipments
• Provide transport information to ensure timely collection and delivery
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their shipping needs
• Identify potential delays or issues and communicate proactively with management
• Support internal systems to facilitate smooth logistics operations
