We are seeking a dedicated Transport Co-ordinator to join our logistics team in Belfast. About you Minimum of 12 months experience in a groupage shipping transport environment Knowledge of exports, customs procedures, and hazardous goods documentation (beneficial but not essential) Computer literate with good organisational skills Able to meet deadlines and prioritise workload Excellent communication and customer service skills Full clean driving license and own transport Proactive with a team player attitude What you'll do Prepare KPIs, export documentation, and final manifests, including Dangerous Goods Notifications Plan and coordinate UK import activities, ensuring compliance with customs requirements Maintain accurate files, costings, and invoicing for shipments Provide transport information to ensure timely collection and delivery Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their shipping needs Identify potential delays or issues and communicate proactively with management Support internal systems to facilitate smooth logistics operations For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
