Warehouse Operative

Based on a 40 hour working week, there's potential to earn an average of £512+ per week as a Warehouse Operative.

Your role will be varied, picking in all of our different product categories. We can provide set days off to support your work‑life balance and an onboarding plan which will get you up to speed. We rely heavily on your input and effort and in return you will receive a competitive hourly rate!

• Enjoy flexible work hours with our enticing shift options: 07.00‑04.00 or 09.00‑06.00, with rosters shown 3 weeks in advance.
• Move and pick all food types and non‑food products.
• Ensure stock is packed and transported according to the highest standards.
• Work in both ambient and temperature‑controlled environments.
• Pick goods onto pallets to meet our store’s needs in selections.
• Work with a voice‑operated headset which guides you where to go and what you need to pick – the role of an order picker in the selections department.
• Work toward structured performance targets so each day you know what tasks you need to complete.

• Comfortable with Manual Handling Equipment, such as an order picker forklift.
• Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment.
• A good team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

• £12.80 per hour rising to £14.50 per hour after 3 years.
