We’re representing a well-established FMCG organisation, currently hiring for a Warehouse Lead to join their state-of-the-art facility in Nutts Corner. This role plays a key part in the company’s ongoing growth and commitment to keeping the customer at the heart of everything they do.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising warehouse employees including order selectors, loaders, and forklift drivers.
• Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, attendance, and accuracy.
• Delivering training and coaching to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment.
• Maintaining warehouse standards in line with HACCP and internal audit criteria.
• Managing scheduling, hiring input, and performance discussions.
• Supporting cross-functional communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Shift is any 5 in 7 on a weekly rotation.
• Week1/  and Week2/

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, preferably in an FMCG setting.
• Experience in change management and driving team performance.
• Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
• Flexibility to adapt start/finish times in line with operational needs.
