Position Overview

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our shop—greeting customers, managing service workflow, and ensuring every customer leaves with confidence in our work. You’ll collaborate closely with technicians and the Service Manager to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet customers and remain available in the waiting area to assist.
  • Sell services and parts with confidence and clarity.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly (within 3 rings).
  • Tag and track vehicles; enter customer and vehicle data into Protractor software.
  • Manage workflow stages and maintain clear notes on work orders.
  • Assign work orders based on technician availability and skill.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, fellow advisors, and the Service Manager.
  • Review technician recommendations and build estimates for customer approval.
  • Receive parts into work orders and notify customers when vehicles are ready.
  • Arrange payment and vehicle delivery.
  • Perform road tests as needed.
  • Support shop operations with tasks such as shuttling customers, cleaning, or picking up parts.

EARN: $18.00 - $25.00 Hourly + overtime after 40 hours per week, + Monthly Incentive Plan Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven sales experience (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and general computer use.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
