• Physician-led organization with strong leadership involvement throughout the recruitment and onboarding process

• Monthly clinical dashboards to support quality, data-driven care delivery

• Provide comprehensive adult primary care, including wellness, acute, and chronic disease management
• Create and manage individualized care plans based on evidence-based medicine
• Educate patients on health maintenance, prevention, and lifestyle modification
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and engage in quality improvement efforts

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
