The YMCA in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Lead Teacher to deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 3-5. You will plan lessons, manage the classroom, support health and safety, and build partnerships with families to foster a positive learning climate.
You will ensure compliance with DCFS, Excele Rate Illinois, NAEYC, and YMCA standards while using data sources to inform instruction and contribute to program quality.
