Physical Therapist - Home Healthcare

As a Physical Therapist (PT) in home healthcare with Assure

HHI, you shall provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent/minimize permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. A successful Physical Therapist teaches and trains patients and caregivers to be an active participant in their recovery to restore, maintain, and/or promote overall fitness and health. Their patients include accident victims and individuals with other disabling conditions such as low back pain, arthritis, heart disease, fractures, hip and knee replacements, head injuries, strokes, and other neurodegenerative diseases and gait disorders.

• Provide skilled physical therapy in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment.
