This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Bilingual Director at KC Pallets Inc., located in Crystal Lake, IL. The Bilingual Director will manage and oversee daily operations, coordinate logistics, and lead a team to ensure maximum efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational plans, fostering strong relationships with clients, and leveraging bilingual communication skills to manage diverse teams and connect with stakeholders effectively.

The role will also entail ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Ability to create and implement operational and logistics strategies
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and fostering client partnerships
• Proficiency in problem‑solving and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with safety and quality assurance standards in a logistics or manufacturing setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the pallet industry or similar fields is an advantage
