We are seeking a manufacturing project manager / project engineer capable of estimating jobs and managing projects from order to completion. The ideal candidate will handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing details such as P&IDs, schematics, and follow-up, with a proactive attitude.
Prerequisites include experience reading mechanical blueprints and high-level technical skills, along with a willingness to learn our products and customer base. An associate degree or higher in engineering or related disciplines is preferred. We value diverse skill sets over specific titles, focusing on relevant experience and capabilities.
Daily responsibilities:
- Writing and documentation
- Overseeing manufacturing jobs, including engineering, purchasing, material control, quality, and installation
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within schedule
- Reviewing jobs to gather feedback and improve future projects
- Effective communication across departments and with customers
- Engaging with customers pre-manufacturing to confirm requirements and solutions
Preference will be given to candidates with over 5 years of experience. The role demands minimal supervision, excellent time management, high energy, and a results-driven attitude.
