Are you an experienced LPN or RN looking for a PRN opportunity? We are currently looking for PRN nurses. The requirement for PRN at Fair Oaks is you must pick up three shifts per month and one of them must be a weekend shift. We have six hour shifts, eight hour shifts and twelve hour shifts. Weekend shifts are any shift from Friday PM through Sunday overnight.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be passionate about caring for our residents. Join our Fair Oaks family—you won t be disappointed.
Responsibilities- completes assignments/assessments in a timely manner ensuring safe care of residents
- documents results of care within facility policies, procedures and scope of practice
- implements holistic plan of care
- demonstrates time management and task prioritization
- Must have active and current nursing license in the state of Illinois
- Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job
- Must successfully pass background and drug screen
- Previous long-term care experience
- CPR Certification
