Fair Oaks Health Care Center, located in Crystal Lake, IL, is looking for full‑time Illinois Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. Night shift is from 11 pm to 7 am. We are looking for two full‑time overnight CNAs and we will roll a two‑week block schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be passionate about caring for our residents.
Basepay range
$18.00 /hr – $20.00 /hr
Job SummaryOur CNAs are required to assist residents with ADLs and provide safe, required care with dignity. Document results of care within facility policies, procedures and scope of practice. Demonstrate good time management and task prioritization. Work closely with multi‑disciplinary staff in providing person‑centered care for all residents.

- Must have current/valid Illinois Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing.

- Human Resource Manager will contact you within 1–2 business days of your application submission.
- Complete 1–2 interview(s) with Department Head and Human Resources.
- Upon receiving the job offer, complete new‑hire tasks and onboarding paperwork via the Paycor app.
- Human Resources will set a date/time to complete paperwork, provide a tour of the building, introduce you to staff, and provide a name badge and time‑clock access.
- Department Head and/or Scheduler will meet with you to provide your schedule.
- Paid departmental (job‑specific) training – five day minimum.
- Paid building orientation.
- Receive continuous training while you provide exceptional care to our residents.
