Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Serve each other and our guests

* Share a Smile

* Create and Maintain Eye Contact

* Speak Enthusiastically and with a friendly tone

* Always say "My Pleasure" when thanked

* Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

* Maintain a clean work environment

* Stock inventory as needed

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect

* Work on your feet for several hours at a time

* Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned

* Communicate effectively with guests and Team

* Adhere to policies, procedures and appearance guidelines at all times

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Consistent and reliable

* Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

* Have the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs on a regular basis

* Must have reliable transportation

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to remain calm under pressure
