We are hiring at our Crystal Lake retail location to join the Ferrero family of brands. Our retail team helps create a warm in-store experience and supports moments of delight with our premium chocolates.

• Generate sales and provide customer service in-store.
• Operate the cash register and perform a variety of operational tasks as assigned by the store manager.
• Engage with customers, reach out to the community, and promote a love for chocolate.

• Friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with customers.
• Passion for chocolate and delivering consumer-centric experiences.

• Base salary range: $15 to $17.43 per hour. Actual compensation based on experience and other factors.
• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, provided working at least 30 hours per week.
