Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. Join a vibrant team focused on achieving goals, developing leadership abilities, and advancing in automotive retail.

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations.
• Metrics – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to sustain seamless operations and service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE, promote risk management, and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while upholding policies.

• Leadership:
  Demonstrates integrity, sound decision-making, and strong leadership abilities.

  Schedule:
  
  Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English (preferred).
• Automotive Retail:
  Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  ASE Certification (preferred).

• Exceptional Communication:
  Bilingual communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Industry

  Background in automotive retail.
