Pay Rate: $17.10 to $28.04

As one of the largest for-profit thrift operators, Savers values reuse and community impact. The Retail Manager supports either the service side of our stores or the back‑room product flow function (production).

• Lead day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and merchandising standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development.
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, staging, and allocation of merchandise.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Drive sales results and meet performance metrics.
• Support store expansion and new store openings.

• Entry‑level to mid‑level retail experience; managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic math and point‑of‑sale proficiency.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
