The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $16.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment certified, to move merchandise or store fixtures (as applicable).
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards where appropriate.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while adhering to applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required; lift up to 44 pounds without assistance; move merchandise safely.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions as duties require (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
