Michaels in Crystal Lake, IL is hiring for a retail team member. You will assist customers, locate products, and provide friendly checkout with accurate cash handling. You’ll promote the Rewards program, enroll customers in the Private Label Credit Card, and support omnichannel services like BOPIS and SFS.
You will also help with merchandise stocking, planograms, stock recovery, and maintain a well‑stocked store. Shifts include nights and weekends; prior retail experience is preferred.
