RITA Corporation is looking to add a new sales professional who enjoys helping customers, working in an office environment, and learning the sales process from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone with customer service, inside sales, administrative, or account support experience who wants to move into a more professional B2B career path.
This is a development role for candidates with foundational office-based customer service or sales experience who are looking to grow into account management, inside sales, and eventually an outside Technical Sales Representative role.
What You’ll Do- Communicate with existing business customers by phone and email
- Help with quotes, order questions, shipping updates, and basic product information
- Follow up on sample requests and inquiries
- Build relationships by providing fast, friendly, accurate service
- Enter customer orders and ensure accuracy
- Track open orders, shipments, and customer needs
- Work closely with Operations, Production, and Regulatory teams
- Work alongside senior sales staff to learn B2B sales strategies
- Receive hands‑on product training in specialty chemical ingredients (no chemistry degree required)
- Develop into a full Technical Sales Representative over time
This role is a great fit if you have:
- 1‑3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or office administration
(Office‑based CS preferred) - Comfort working with computers, MS Office, and learning new systems
- A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to learn our industry
Chemicals or manufacturing experience is a bonus but not required—we will train the right person.
