We are looking for a Part Time Security Officer to work the Weekends 1st Shift
, based in Crystal Lake, IL.
Wage: $18.27 / hour. Base pay range: $18.00–$18.00 per hour.

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Secure entrances and exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident during emergencies, accidents or security investigations.
• Set up barriers, signage and provide direction to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature as required for the assigned site.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• High school diploma or GED (or ability to complete GED within 6 months).
• Standard computer / technology skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience is a plus.
• Able to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
• Great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingly participate in Securitas pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
