Community Concierge
Team members serve as the face of the Y and support a best‑in‑class experience for our customers. You will actively interact and engage with community members, provide solutions and offerings, and support them in discovering opportunities at the YMCA.
SalarySalary starts at $16.60 per hour and opportunities to grow within the organization.

- Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged.
- Answer phones and email inquiries.
- Actively manage customer transactions.
- Support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times.
- Anticipate individuals' needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed.
- Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct hub tours responsive to the needs of prospective customers; sell memberships.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Earned high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed.
- Top‑notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingual, English/Spanish highly preferred.
- Reporting any items that may provide a health or safety hazard to staff, members or guests to your supervisor.
- Follow all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe in our facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of children.
- Reporting any suspicious behavior and violation of policy and procedures to your supervisor.
- Completing all child abuse prevention training as required.
