Job Summary
The Licensed Practice Nurse assesses and enhances the health status of the persons served in 5 residential programs. These programs are located in Crystal, Golden Valley and Coon Rapids areas. They will provide expertise regarding health care to staff, persons served and members of the interdisciplinary teams. There is flexibility with hours which also includes on‑call rotation.
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM - Wage: $22.00/hour
- Monitor medication and treatments ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain health record systems.
- Engage in daily health discussions with individuals served and their staff.
- Serve as a liaison within the facility, health care providers, and members of the interdisciplinary teams.
- Attend staff meetings and in‑service classes as required.
- Provide on‑call triage.
- Licensure as a LPN.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance.
