Foundry Helper – 2nd Shift (Aerospace / Manufacturing)

As a Foundry Helper on the 2nd shift, you’ll perform general labor duties in our sand‑casting foundry. This is a full‑time, non‑management position requiring overtime and weekend work.
Compensation
: $17.50–$20.00/hr DOE, plus a 2nd‑shift differential. Benefits include a bonus program, medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid vacation/holidays, paid training, and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
:
- Supply, hold, and transport materials or tools between departments.
- Organize parts and tools for efficient workflow.
- Set up and operate foundry machinery (grinder, saw, forklift, etc.) following established procedures.
- Load and unload furnaces.
- Assist with pouring and regulating molten metal into molds and forms to produce castings.
- Transport materials and products to and from work areas using carts, hand trucks, lift trucks, or hoists.
Qualifications
:
- Mechanically inclined.
- Team‑player with strong collaboration skills.
- Manufacturing/production operation experience preferred.
- HS diploma or equivalent GED required (experience may substitute).
- Ability to work overtime and weekends.
- Able to lift 10–40 lbs.
