AT&T Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager

$16-$17 an hour plus commissions and performance bonuses

Diversity Wireless, an authorized retailer for AT&T, is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new flagship locations. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, fun, employee development specialist to manage a brand-new location. As a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will develop, lead, and inspire a team of diverse, energetic, and goal-oriented sales associates. Your role includes being a brand ambassador for AT&T and Diversity Wireless for the community in which your location serves.

• Inspire your store associates to deliver the best customer experience imaginable by leading them in a positive and professional manner
• Help develop your team of superstars so they can deliver exceptional results for the customers and themselves
• Drive sales and productivity goals by helping manage the sales process, by executing sales and promotional plans, and by community outreach and promotional events
• Ensure store appearance guidelines and operational effectiveness of your Diversity Wireless location
• Other tasks and duties you would expect as a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager

• 1 or more year(s) of Management Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales is required
• 2 years or more of higher education
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
• Proven track record of employee development and sales goal attainment
• Strong communication, mathematics, and computer use skills
• Availability to be flexible in supporting retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• The ability to inspire your team and a passion for delivering incredible customer service
