System One is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department with a strong focus on data integrity, reporting, and staffing support
. This role supports day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a full-time, onsite contract role
. While workloads may fluctuate slightly week to week, this position is expected to support 40 hours per week
.
The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of administrative and coordination duties within the Human Resources department, with emphasis on recruiting support, employee records management, reporting, and process improvement
.
(Other duties may be assigned)
- Support recruiting and staffing administrative activities, including:
- Ordering background checks
- Scheduling pre‑employment physicals
- Creating and routing position requisitions
- Preparing internal candidate listings
- Scheduling and proctoring sonic testing
- Supporting all aspects of new hire orientation
- Creating DT service tickets for new hire accounts
- Submit, maintain, and audit employee electronic personnel files
- Support administrative tasks related to departmental process improvements and special projects
- Provide general HR coordination and administrative support as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting HR or administrative functions
- Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong customer service mentality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment
- Office environment within an operational/manufacturing facility
- Regular, in-person attendance required
- Exposure to an active facility environment
- 100% onsite during contract period
- Hybrid work may be considered only upon conversion to full-time employment
