System One is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department with a strong focus on data integrity, reporting, and staffing support
. This role supports day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time, onsite contract role
. While workloads may fluctuate slightly week to week, this position is expected to support 40 hours per week
.

Primary Purpose of the Job

The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of administrative and coordination duties within the Human Resources department, with emphasis on recruiting support, employee records management, reporting, and process improvement
.

Essential Functions

(Other duties may be assigned)

  • Support recruiting and staffing administrative activities, including:
  • Ordering background checks
  • Scheduling pre‑employment physicals
  • Creating and routing position requisitions
  • Preparing internal candidate listings
  • Scheduling and proctoring sonic testing
  • Supporting all aspects of new hire orientation
  • Creating DT service tickets for new hire accounts
  • Submit, maintain, and audit employee electronic personnel files
  • Support administrative tasks related to departmental process improvements and special projects
  • Provide general HR coordination and administrative support as assigned
Minimum Qualifications Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting HR or administrative functions
  • Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is a plus
Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong customer service mentality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment
Work Environment & Conditions
  • Office environment within an operational/manufacturing facility
  • Regular, in-person attendance required
  • Exposure to an active facility environment
Additional Information
  • 100% onsite during contract period
  • Hybrid work may be considered only upon conversion to full-time employment
