Base pay range: $37.50/hr – $56.25/hr

• Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000
• Hourly premium: $11
• Night shift differential: $5
• Tuition reimbursement up to $7,200
• Referral bonus up to $5,000

• Work‑night shift 1900‑0730
• Three nights Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
• Holiday rotation

• Accredited RN program completion
• RN license in WI
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience (newly licensed RN with EM, paramedic, ED externship considered)

• Deliver individualized care using the nursing process—assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored care plans.
• Monitor and respond to patient condition changes, collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Promote patient safety by implementing risk‑reduction strategies and reporting safety events.
• Educate patients and families with adaptive teaching methods.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary discharge planning for continuity of care.
• Lead and delegate effectively, fostering teamwork and supporting unlicensed personnel.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and unit performance.
• Maintain professional growth through ongoing education and shared governance participation.
