ATI Materials is currently seeking a Human Resource Business Partner located within the Greater Milwaukee Area. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will lead HR initiatives within the Operations Team, focusing on fostering a harmonious and productive work environment. Leveraging your expertise, you will help support labor relations, talent management, talent acquisition, compensation, and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR‑related matters.
  • Assist in developing, communicating, and executing comprehensive strategies to manage labor relations within your operation stakeholder group.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues within your operation stakeholder group.
  • Support and consult on the talent acquisition process, supporting hiring managers and the talent acquisition group to fill open positions within your stakeholder group.
  • Support and execute talent management efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring metrics to track progress and drive accountability for achieving HR goals.
  • Work with a team of HR business partners, working collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a HR Business Partner capacity in a manufacturing setting or similar environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience in supporting labor relations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
