Operate Bacon Rollers supplied with proper sized bacon and correctly and efficiently de-comb and stack bellies;
Provide appropriate scaling, record keeping and inventory rotation;
Push out trees of bacon according to average and lot number to designated Bacon Roller;
Remove belly from tree asides to table;
Remove combs from bellies and asides combs neatly onto rod of comb truck;
Position empty flats, stacks bellies in rows and prescribed and asides flats.
