Position Purpose:

ATI is currently seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor (M-F 11pm-7am) to join our facility located in Cudahy, WI. A successful Maintenance Supervisor will plan, implement and execute preventative maintenance and repair of ATI Cudahy Operations manufacturing equipment and plant infrastructure.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise a diverse team of Maintenance Specialists
• Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Create, plan and manage ATI's preventative maintenance, repair activities, and projects
• Actively supports ATI Forged Products, safety and quality programs and ensure the execution of safe job practices
• Provide instruction and training to hourly personnel to insure an effective and efficient work force.
• Ensure employee conformance to Company work rules and union contracts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ Year Supervisory or Maintenance Lead experience
• 2 + years maintenance or other applicable trade experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Journeyman's Card in a Maintenance field
• 5 years' experience working at a Journeyman's level
• Experience Supervising in a Union environment

Essential Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret equipment and machinery related drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively lead in a team based problem solving environment.
• Ability to use Microsoft programs (excel, word, PowerPoint) for scheduling manpower, managing project budgets, and communication
