Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to maintain standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the fast‑paced environment are encouraged to apply. Must be 18 years or older.
