• Hourly Competitive Starting Pay – $23.04/hour
• $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift positions

• Bacon Rollers supplied with proper sized bacon and correctly and efficiently de-comb and stack bellies.
• Organize and clean coolers when necessary.
• Provides appropriate scaling, record keeping and inventory rotation.
• Pushes out trees of bacon according to average and lot number to designated Bacon Roller.
• Removes belly from tree asides to table.
• Removes combs from bellies and asides combs neatly onto rod of comb truck.
• Positions empty flats, stacks bellies in rows and prescribed and asides flats.
• Asides empty trees to smokehouse alley.
• Cleans coolers and trims bellies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

• Lighting good, ventilation fair, temperature about 48°F.
• Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
