Route Sales Representative – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Alpha Baking Company, Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Representative/Driver to manage deliveries and sales at our Milwaukee depot. The position requires an excellent driving record, a valid D.O.T. certification, and the ability to work early morning hours, including Saturdays.

• Order, deliver, and inventory retail customer accounts in a timely manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service, manage collections, and maintain route inventory.
• Work independently while effectively managing time and productivity.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a dolly as required.
• Operate safely in all weather conditions (rain, sleet, snow, wind).

• Prior route delivery and sales experience (helpful).
• Excellent driving record and D.O.T. certification.
• Ability to start work in very early morning hours and work on Saturdays.
• Successful completion of background screening.
• Pass post‑offer DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and use a dolly.
